Company Valuation Analysis

To determine a firm's value, multiple financial evaluation models such as the DCF, economic profit, dividend discount, residual income, and P/E model are applied. Where necessary, these are supplemented with additional valuation approaches such as the sum-of-the-parts method. This diversity enables us to carry out a broad and deep evaluation of each firm.

 

Management & Corporate Governance 

Over and above the classical fundamental analysis, a detailed evaluation of management quality and shareholder value orientation is undertaken using an in-house corporate government analysis process. This includes a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the firm’s management, transparency, control mechanisms and shareholder value creation.
